Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking Details: Book directly through our website using the online registration form. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with all workshop details, including date, time, and preparation materials. Full payment is required at booking. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Booking Deadlines: Bookings close 48 hours before the workshop begins. Spaces are limited, so early booking is encouraged. Cancellation Policy: If You Need to Cancel: Cancel at least 7 days before the workshop for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 48 hours before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the workshop are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule for the next available session without penalty. If We Need to Cancel: If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. No-Shows: If you do not attend and do not inform us, your booking will be considered a no-show. No refunds or reschedules are available for no-shows. Waitlist Information: If the workshop is fully booked, join the waitlist on the workshop page. We will contact you if a spot becomes available, with priority given on a first-come, first-served basis. You will have 24 hours to confirm your spot once notified, or it will be offered to the next person. If a spot doesn't open up, waitlisted participants will get priority registration for future sessions before general enrollment. Rescheduling Policy: If You Need to Reschedule: If you can't attend, you may reschedule for another session within the next 6 months, provided you give more than 48 hours' notice and subject to availability. If We Need to Reschedule: If we need to reschedule, you'll have the option to move your booking or receive a full refund.
