Where your information is stored

Your information may be stored and processed outside the UK by our service providers (particularly Brevo in France, Zoom in the US, and Google globally). When this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in line with UK GDPR requirements.

All our service providers are required to keep your information secure and only use it for the purposes we've specified.

How long we keep your information

We only keep your personal information for as long as necessary:

  • Workshop bookings: 7 years (for accounting and tax purposes)

  • Email marketing lists: Until you unsubscribe

  • Website analytics: 26 months (Google Analytics default)

  • Discovery call information: 2 years from last contact

  • Zoom recordings: Maximum 90 days (or deleted sooner if not needed)
